Get your products into the AI answer.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT what to buy, it names a few products. Refine scores every product page on what the assistants can read, shows which of your products they already recommend, and tells you what to fix first.

Where buyers ask

Where your store runs

Every product page with a score out of 100, the next fix, and whether the assistants already name it.

Why it matters now

Shopping moved into the chat

01

The assistant is the new shelf

Buyers now ask ChatGPT which mask, which serum, which running shoe. The answer names three or four products, with a price and a link. The rest of the catalogue does not exist for that buyer.

02

Engines read the page, not the theme

Most AI crawlers do not run JavaScript. They read the HTML your store serves: the Product schema, the offer, the description, the reviews. A beautiful page with thin markup is invisible to them.

03

One product at a time is too slow

A store has hundreds of product pages. You need to know which ten to fix first, what to fix on each, and whether the fix worked. Not a 60-page audit PDF.

The GEO score

Fourteen checks, the way an AI crawler reads the page

No black box. Each check is a test on the HTML your store serves, with a weight, and the score is the sum of the points won. Run it twice, get the same number.

Structured data

40 pts

What the engines read first.

  • Product schema present and valid
  • Offer with price, currency and availability
  • Ratings and review count
  • Identifiers: brand, SKU, GTIN

Content

40 pts

What lets an assistant describe and compare.

  • A description long enough to quote
  • Specs a buyer would ask about
  • Answers to the questions buyers ask
  • Alt text on product images

Page hygiene

20 pts

What keeps the page reachable.

  • A title and a meta description
  • One H1
  • Indexable, with a canonical
  • Rendered on the server

How it works

From catalogue to fixes in one run

  1. Crawl

    Your catalogue, found

Refine reads up to 200 product pages: the Shopify catalogue directly, or your product sitemap on WooCommerce, PrestaShop and the rest. Gently, three pages at a time.

  2. Score

    Each page, out of 100

Fourteen checks on the HTML the store serves, the way an AI crawler sees it. Same page, same score: every point is explained.

  3. Match

    Readable, and read

The score says whether a page can be read. Refine also checks the answers it already collects on your prompts: which product pages are cited, which products are named.

  4. Fix

    The fixes, in order

Priority fixes ranked by the points they win, an AI analysis of any page on demand, and a CSV export for the team that edits the store.

Beyond the score

The work that gets products named

JSON-LD you can paste

For each product, the Product markup built only from what the page actually shows. A missing GTIN or rating is listed as “to complete”, never invented: a fake value in production is worse than none.

Content that answers buyers

The agents write the buying guides, comparisons and FAQs that make the engines name your products, and publish them to your Shopify blog or your CMS.

The prompts that sell

“Best keratin toothpaste”, “mask for fine hair”: Refine tracks the buying prompts for your category in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and AI Overviews, and the competitors named instead of you.

Questions stores ask

Before the call

Which stores does it work with?
Shopify is read straight from its catalogue. WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and custom stores are found through the product sitemap or the links on your home page. Publishing works on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow and Next.js.
Does it change anything on my store?
No. The crawl only reads public pages, identified as RefineBot. Nothing is published unless you connect your CMS and approve an article.
Which plan is it on?
The e-commerce view is part of the Scale plan, with unlimited prompts, the agents and several brands in one account. A short call is the fastest way to get it open on your store.
Can you get my products into ChatGPT shopping?
Nobody can buy a place in the organic answer. What moves it is what the engines can read on your pages and what the web says about your products. Refine shows both and tracks the result. For the sponsored slots, see ChatGPT Ads tracking.
