Pricing questions
- Can I try Refine before paying?
- Yes. Visibility and Autopilot both start with a 7-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin. You will see real data on your own brand within 24 hours of connecting a domain.
- What counts as a prompt?
- A prompt is one buying question you want tracked, for example, "best CRM for small businesses". Refine runs every tracked prompt daily across each engine, so 50 prompts means 50 questions checked every day, not 50 checks in total.
- What happens if I reach my prompt limit?
- Nothing stops working. You keep every prompt you already track, and Refine shows which ones are driving visibility so you can retire the weak ones or move up a plan. We never quietly stop collecting your data.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. Annual plans are billed yearly and save at least 10% against the monthly price; monthly plans are billed month to month with no commitment.
- Why is the Scale plan quoted rather than listed?
- Scale covers multiple brands, unlimited prompts and unlimited agent runs, so the price depends on how many properties you run and what support you need. A short call settles that faster than a form.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes, and it saves 10% on Visibility and 12% on Autopilot. Use the toggle above the plans to compare monthly and annual pricing.
- How does Refine collect its data?
- By reading the AI products themselves, the way your buyers do, rather than querying the model APIs. The API returns a different configuration from the one your buyer talks to, without the retrieval and browsing layered on top, so a brand can appear in an API response and never in ChatGPT. Running real sessions costs more than polling an endpoint, which is part of what you are paying for: figures you can act on rather than a cheaper proxy for them.
