Be the brand AI recommends.
Refine shows you when ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini recommend your brand, and when they name a competitor instead. Then it writes and publishes the content that changes the answer.

One loop, run every week.
Four steps that follow each other, then start again. Each round measures what the last one changed, so the next one aims better.
Refine reads your site to learn your products, buyers, competitors and tone of voice.

Step 1· Track
See what AI says about you
Every day, Refine asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity (and Claude and Google AI Overviews on Autopilot) the questions your buyers ask, in the products themselves, and records who gets named.
You getYour visibility score per question and per AI, next to your competitors.

Step 2· Diagnose
Understand why a competitor is named instead of you
Refine finds the pages and sources the AI relies on when it names someone else, and checks that AI crawlers can read your site.
You getA ranked list of what to write, fix, or get listed on.

Step 3· Publish
Create the content AI will quote
Refine writes articles, comparison pages and answer pages in your voice and publishes them to your site. It also drafts replies for the Reddit threads AI quotes.
You getContent ready to publish, or already live on your site.

Step 4· Measure
See what it brought in
With Google Search Console and GA4 connected, Refine shows the visits and sign-ups that come from AI answers.
You getThe traffic and conversions AI search sends you, week by week.
Then the loop starts again: the new answers are measured and the plan updates itself.

Frequently asked questions
What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of getting your brand named and cited in the answers of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Where SEO aims for a rank in a list of links, GEO aims for a place inside the answer itself. It works by measuring which buyer questions name you, finding the sources the AI trusts, and publishing content those sources and assistants will quote. Refine runs that loop for you every week.
Do you query the AI APIs, or the real products?
The real products. An API answer is not the answer your buyer sees: the API runs a different model configuration, without the retrieval, personalisation and live browsing layered on top of the consumer product. A brand can be named in an API response and never appear in ChatGPT itself. Refine reads the products the way a buyer does, so a mention we report is a mention that was really shown. Ask any tool you are evaluating how it collects its data: some publish the answer, some do not.
What is AI visibility tracking?
AI visibility tracking measures how often, and how favorably, AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity mention your brand when people ask buying questions. Instead of ranking on a results page, you compete to be named inside the answer itself. Refine monitors those answers, scores your presence, and shows you how to get cited more often.
What is a prompt in Refine?
A prompt is a question a real buyer types into an AI assistant, for example, "what’s the best CRM for small businesses" or "which project management tool do agencies use." Refine tracks how often your brand appears in the answers to those prompts, every day, on each engine your plan covers.
Which AI platforms does Refine track?
Every plan tracks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Autopilot and Scale add Claude and Google AI Overviews. Copilot and Mistral are available on request. Refine asks the real products, the interface your buyers see, every day, and shows for each prompt whether the answer names your brand, a competitor, or no one at all.
How fast do I get results?
Your first scan starts as soon as your plan is active, and you watch the first report fill in. After that, every prompt is checked daily. How fast the answers move once you publish depends on how quickly the engines pick up the new sources, which is why you see it prompt by prompt instead of a promised date.
Do I need to install anything or change my workflow?
No. Refine is fully web-based: no code, no browser extension, no developer needed. It sits on top of what you already do and delivers reports, content and recommendations directly in the platform.
How does onboarding work?
Sign up, enter your brand name and your competitors, then pick the prompts you want to track. Refine handles the rest: the first scan starts as soon as your plan is active.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your brand data, competitor insights and generated content are private to your account and never shared with anyone else.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After that, you can cancel anytime directly from your account settings.
How is Refine different from traditional SEO tools?
Traditional SEO tools optimize how you rank on Google’s results page. Refine optimizes whether AI assistants recommend you inside their answers: a separate channel where buyers increasingly make decisions before they ever click a link.
What does ChatGPT say about you today?
Enter your site. We ask ChatGPT five questions your buyers ask, and show you who it recommends: you, or a competitor.
